Trabucchi d'Illasi “Cereolo” Grappa di Amarone NV (500mL)

This grappa is made using the pomace of the Amarone della Valpolicella. 
The Cereolo Grappa di Amarone is distilled at low pressure, via the discontinuous method, preserving the aromas and fragrances of the the grapes.  This yields a grappa redolent of blackberries and with an almond finish.  50% abv.
