When you submit an order, you are representing that you are aged 19 years or older and that you are not purchasing products for anyone who is younger than 19 years of age. You (or the designated person accepting the order during Home Delivery) will be required to present proof of legal drinking age. Acceptable proof includes a valid driver’s license, passport, citizenship card and BYID photo identification card. 

Our delivery service may refuse release of products if proper identification is not produced or if the recipient either is or appears to be intoxicated.

Our prices include all agency fees. Wines on this invoice are property of Somm Shop Wine Imports until paid in full. Somm Shop Wine Imports does not sell beverage alcohol. Somm Shop Wine Imports acts as a facilitator in arranging for the purchase and delivery of beverage alcohol products from the LCBO. Prices include the LCBO sale price. LCBO Sale price available upon request. *LCBO price listed does not include warehouse storage costs, product re-labeling/re-stocking fees, or marketingcosts such as advertising, trade sampling, trade/consumer shows, printing, website, market R&D, etc.
