The Capichera "VT" is spectacular. This Vermentino is barrel fermented in French oak. The wine is then held back for 2 years when bottled, creating richness and complexity in the wine. This wine can be consumed now or can be cellared for many years to come.
Tasting Note: Straw yellow with hints of gold. The nose is intense and complex with notes of orange blossom, lemon, aromatic herbs, lavender flowers, licorice, and citrus honey. The palate is dry but rich and warm, with citrus and honey flavours. The finish is long and persistent.
