A fine example of Viognier grown outside of its Northern Rhône local. A quick nosing of this wine reveals the unmistakable aromas of Viognier: citrus and tropical fruit, floral notes and vanilla. The palate is rich and hedonistic, albeit nicely supported by a streak of acidity that only an Atlantic Ocean exposed locale can provide. One would never find this quality in a French version of Viognier where the best examples are notoriously pricy.
