A garnet colour with ruby hues, it has an impressive nose with intense hints of black cherry and blackberry, and liquorice notes. A wine of great consistency, in the mouth it is warm and rich in tannins and mineral salts. 

We suggest serving it with dishes like lamb and tomato stew, braised chicken with olives or a wild boar stew flavoured with juniper berries.
