Castel Juval Riesling “Gletscherschliff” 2022

This wine has all the distinctive characteristics of a Riesling produced in southern Alps. A stimulating wine with a scent of white peach and grapefruit. The palate features juicy and salty. Pairs well as an appetizer and with seafood. It’s particularly good young, or after one to two years of bottling.
