Bright golden yellow with grey and tawny higlights. The nose offers notes of white flowers including hawthorn, white and green pepper, mint, citrus, and mandarin and orange peel, closing with hints of graphite and flint. The palate is savoury-tangy and mineral, initially creamy and acidic with a satisfying initial structure.
